I call just before 50%:

  1. Consequent division of labor (and of course, equal pay for): 50% of all employment, Care Work, Educational work, Housework, Social work and political work
  2. Consistent sharing of public space: 50% the personal lines- and place names, Plaques, Denkmäler etc. – as well as 50% Public speaking time (in Parlamenten, Diets, Town halls, Editorial- and board meetings, Broadcasting&TV …)
  3. Systematic division of +/- public management levels: 50% the leadership positions in political bodies, Boardrooms, Authorities and government-related businesses
