Association of feminist scholars

The VfW sees itself as an independent and anti-hierarchical organization, wants to connect as a research network on the Austrian and international feminist Wissenschafter_innen and provides a forum for the development of new feminist perspectives within scientific and wissenschaftspolititischer clashes.

We demand:

Unconditional break for all (analogous to the relation of child care benefits)
Point of contact for advice Burnout: low threshold, independent & by instructions (>>> Financing by ministries, regional verortet, As with the Equality and Law Societies in the countries)
More reflection time during working hours: 50:50-Rule, d.h. 50% do, 50% talk about (>>> Operation agreements, Employment contracts, Daily rate agreements with outside contractors with and paid staff)
Appreciation of all social work, and reproductive work (Medien >>>, Pedagogy, ÖGB as Dachverband, ggf. Litigation Association of discrimination victims in Austria)
Raise minimum wage (Unions >>>, IGs, BMASK)
Rotating independent inspectorates, ALG humanize (>>> Unions individually and as OGB, BMASK, AMS implementing regulations, Countries as a full-withdrawing the "minimum income")
Working hours - at full pay! (BMASK >>>)
Unconditional life-sustaining basic income (Unions >>>)
Inclusion of volunteer work to BiP (>>> Statistics Austria, BMWF, IHS, BMASK, WIFO, WU theory / think-tank and educational institution)
Inclusion of reproductive labor to BiP (>>> Statistics Austria, BMWF, IHS, BMASK, WIFO,
WU theory / think-tank and educational institution)
Higher subsidies for autonomous collective projects, especially the feminist principles- Research and Application (All ministries >>>, Countries and Culture- or research fund, especially FFW and FWF)
Culture of appreciation and recognition (>>> All stakeholders in the education- and social system)
